Job Summary
To be successful in this role, you should have work experience as a bakery supervisor and baker.
Job Description
We are looking for a candidate for the day-to-day running of a bakery.
The candidate’s responsibilities will include opening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough, preparing fillings and glazing pastries, prepare different types of bread and a wide range of pastries, like cookies, cakes and pies.
To be successful in this role, you should have work experience as a bakery supervisor and baker.
Ultimately, you will make sure we offer fresh and delicious goods to our customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
• Open the bakery early in the morning
• Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use
• Weigh ingredients to prepare baked goods
• Bake and shape different bread and baked goods types, like multigrain breads, pastries, biscuits, cakes, etc.

• Awareness with bakery equipment and settings to ensure proper baking
• Awareness with various ingredients to create different baked goods
• Recommend recipes to renew our menu and attract more customers (e.g. gluten-free or vegan)
• Track stock of food supplies and place orders for restocking, as needed
Requirements
• Working experience 4 – 5 years
• Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters
• Understanding of food safety practices
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work in early morning shifts
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus

The position requires the candidate to carry out tire fitting, wheel alignment, balancing, tire repair.
Job Description
The position requires the candidate to carry out tire fitting, wheel alignment, balancing, tire repair.
The candidate should be proficient in all areas of tire fitting and will also need to be required to have sound knowledge and experience in carrying out wheel alignments.
The successful applicant must also be able to demonstrate the ability to accurately diagnose and rectify mechanical faults found in steering, suspension and braking systems.
Sales and computer skills advantageous, must be willing to learn.
Responsibilities
• Open the outlet early in the morning
• Perform tire repairs
• Inspect, perform tire repairs and replace tires when required
• Make recommendations to customers
• Properly secure vehicle to lift to ensure safe operation
• Properly dismount and remount tires and wheels securely on vehicle and onto wheels without damaging either
• Operate all related equipment and tools as trained
• Operate independently and as a team member
• Perform and demonstrate Customer Service Satisfaction
Requirements
• Working experience 2 – 3 years
• Extensive knowledge in tire fitting, balancing & tire repairs
• Sound understanding and knowledge of wheel aligning
• Able to diagnose, quote and carry out mechanical repairs
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Have a strong safety focus.
• Sound Communications skills and work well in a team
• Fit and able to carry out manual labour
• Punctual & Reliable
• Positive, and a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Valid and current license
