Job Summary:
The job provides information to receive and store raw oilseed, boiler fuel, chemicals, packing material, PPE engineering spares, and consumables; Issue oil produced, seed cake, boiler and generator fuels, engineering spares, packing materials, chemicals, consumables, PPE and provide an efficient and on-time stock level control and support to the Factory and Administration functions
What you will do:
To receive and store raw oilseed, boiler fuel, chemicals, packing material, PPE engineering spares and consumables; Issue oil produced .seed cake, boiler, and generator fuels, engineering spares, packing materials, chemicals, consumables, PPE and provide an efficient and on-time stock level control and support to the Factory and Administration functions in compliance with Pyxus International Inc. and Pyxus Agriculture Tanzania Limited Procurement and Stores Standard Operation Procedures.

STORES CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT
- Plans for, administers the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and provides on-time stock level management in compliance with the Pyxus Agriculture Tanzania Limited Stores Procedures and Systems;
- In conjunction with the Head of Factory Operations, interfaces with the Factory Coordinators/Technicians on a weekly basis, and confirms the nature, type, and volume of stock, materials, and services to be provided by the Stores Section (for example, packing material and Plant and Maintenance requirements);

PLANNING FOR THE QUALITY ASSURANCE FUNCTION 1. Prepares, implements and ensures adherence to the weekly Quality Assurance plan in line with Factory AOP
Evaluates and reviews the overall QA requirements concerning new technology, obsolete equipment, required spare parts and consumables;
Develops and generates the off season plan for QA

Job Summary:The job provides information to oversee and manage the full refining process of Edible Oil, to monitor equipment to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness of the Neutralizer, Bleacher and Deodorizer to minimize the losses hence achieve the expected field.
What you will do:
To oversee and manage the full refining process of Edible Oil, to monitor equipment to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness of the Neutralizer, Bleacher and Deodorizer to minimize the losses hence achieve the expected field. Also responsible for the safe operation, better usage of chemicals, basic maintenance, hygiene of the plant and troubleshooting of the facility’s equipment and instruments in compliance with TFDA, TBS and international Standards for edible oil refining process.
OIL REFINERY
- Reads, understands and interprets Oil refinery instructions daily, sets machines, runs machines to achieve plant efficiency, monitors machine set up to achieve the intended targets in line with Customer Specifications and oil refinery SOP’s
- Receives refining plan from the Processing Coordinator daily, understands the processing requirements, checks and interprets processing requirements;
- Sets relevant machines and allocates the appropriate parameters daily to suit the oil grade being processed in order to meet the intended targets/requirements;
- Programs and operates the system that operates the machinery, uses the system to start up the plant, shut it down and run the production of material;
