About us: An organization with a keen focus on helicopter
operations, specializing in Search and Rescue services on Mt
Kilimanjaro. Committing ourselves to a 5-minute response upon receiving a
distress call thus- setting a new global market leading response time
for civil search and rescue services. Our operations are based in Moshi,
almost on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, enabling us to reach a
person in distress within a matter of few minutes. We operate our own
High Altitude Medical Clinic specialized in altitude sickness where
patients are taken for further medical attention.
WHAT WE DO. Providing reliable and full-service medical evacuation to tourists and workers who incur altitude sickness and other related sicknesses during Mountain climbing. Upon initial contact, the patient will receive an in-flight medical treatment. Beside helicopter evacuation we also provide chartered descent for tourists who cannot descend the mountain due to fatigue or personal desire – we call it HERO FLIGHTS. To top it all we offer luxurious scenic flights around Mount Kilimanjaro to witness the beauty of nature from a magnificent birds' -eye view.

Job description
Purpose of the Job: Under the directives of the HR Director, provide
human resources generalist and administrative duties for the Company.
Key Responsibilities
Provision of HR generalist services to the line management and
employees; recruitment and selection, job description support,
performance management, remuneration grading, training and development
(including organising and assist in conducting HR related trainings, TNA
and Skills Matrix ), administering the onboarding and induction
programme for new staff as well as volunteers, facilitating disciplinary
process, handling staff grievances and CMA cases management.
Assist in implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the annual HR Annual Workplan in line with the Company HR strategy.
Participate in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures & practices.
Participate in all admin/operational duties as necessary.

Key Qualifications
Grasp knowledge of Tanzania Labour Laws application
Advanced User of Microsoft Office Suite
At least 4 years of excellent working experience in Human Resources cadre
Membership of Human Resources Society of Tanzania will be an added advantage
