PROJECT OFFICER – FIELD SUPERVISOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Officer will report to Project Lead and will support the project on the following

- Supervise all field activities in the project area
- Ensure the project is implemented in line with set protocols and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Ensure that information collected from project activities is compiled and stored in appropriate database systems
- Maintain a close professional relationship with the Government officials in the project areas
- Ensure the participants' privacy and confidentiality are maintained
- Take part in data analysis and report writing
- Perform any other project related activities as may be determined from time to time by project lead

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES
- A holder of Bachelor degree in Sociology, Statistics, Public Health
- Experience working with statistical software packages is an added advantage
- Ability to manage and lead field activities teams
- Excellence in written and fluent spoken English and Kiswahili languages
- Ability and experience in working with communities in rural areas
