Hope Mwaibanje mwanafunzi bora matokeo ya form four 2018
Hope Mwaibanje is the first national candidate in the results of the Form Four of the year 2018 announced today on January 24, 2019 in Dodoma and the secretary general of the Tanzania Examinations Council (Necta), Dr Charles Msonde.Speaking to journalists today, Mr Msonde said Mwaibanje's Secondary School Ilboru has been a best student followed by Avith Kibani's Marian Boys of Coast region.
All third and sixth positions are all of the high school of St Francis Girls High School in Mbeya region, Maria Manyama, Atughuli le Mlimba, Flavia Nkongoki and Leticia Europe.The seventh and eighth national student is Gibson Katuma and Bryson Jandwa (all of the Marian Boys of the coast region).

According to Dr. Msonde, the results show an increase in 1.28 percent for applicants from 77.09 percent of 2017 to 78.38 percent in 2018.
"Statistics show the number of candidates who have gained a good grade grade up to three. In 2016 it was 27.60 percent, in 2017 30.15 percent, and 2018 was 31.76 percent, "said Dr Msonde.
