Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise on quality, timeliness, clarity and effective communication among sales agents; be it through mails, phone calls, chats etc.
- Ensure communication follow ups are on time and precise.
- Giving trainings on all communication aspects.
- Ensure clients satisfaction through quality communication.
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
- Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
