Job Description
Activities:
- Preparation of necessary documentations for new Fuel Card Clients
- Invoicing (Post-paid and prepaid clients)
- Preparation of Customer Terms Form and any other administrative duties
- Payment follow-ups from clients
- Sending consumption reports for clients who cannot access extranet system
- Sending updated fuel prices to clients.
- To communicate with customers when:-
• Re-load is done
• When the client quote the wrong card number (re-load list)
• When the client fuel order form is not in order (During customization)

Candidate profile
• Integrity
• University degree in commercial fields i.e. business Administration or marketing
• Knowledgeable in MS Office package
• Communication skills essential
• Customer service skills
