Roles and Responsibilities
PURPOSE:
Provide leadership to the respective division team to achieve the divisional and company business objectives

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Strategic planning and review of division performance and direction;
• Set and monitor division standards and performance objectives of the various units;
• Goal setting and performance review/appraisal of direct reports;
• Talent management; coaching and mentoring
• Ensure delivery of positive results;
• Develop necessary networks for business opportunities and operational efficiencies;
• Review resource allocation and adequacy;
• Review reports and attend service meetings to major clients;
• Prospect meetings with major clients;
• Attend internal review/reporting meetings:
• Attend external meetings with clients and providers;
• Issues resolution emanating from clients or provider complaints;
• Respond to email & telephone queries; and
• Approve payments.

Educational Qualifications
• Masters degree in related field
• Business related professional qualification

Experience Requirements
Experience
10 years experience, 6 of which should be in senior management.
