Position: 5 Recovery Officers
Location: Dar es Salaam
Melva International limited is currently looking for 5 Volunteers
(Recovery Officers) who will help the company to meet its targets by
recovering loan from Debtors
RESPONSIBILITY
- As a collections/arrears/debt recovery agent you will be responsible for recovering outstanding debt from our customers
- Review accounts that are behind on their payments to determine appropriate action
- Contact customers to collect overdue payments
- Answer customer enquiries
- Discuss options available to customers who are facing pending court action in order to come to mutually acceptable arrangements which prevent further litigation action
- Achieve monthly targets and Key Performance Indicators
- Liaise with Senior Recovery Officers regarding overdue amounts
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/ Degree in Business administration/Micro-finance and Enterprises Development or related field
- No experience needed
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills

We are looking for a high performing Branch Manager
Qualifications
A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing Management or related field
Experience
At least 5 years working experience in similar position
Duties
- To proactively manage, lead and develop the Branch (Dealership) through a strong customer and business focus
- Responsible for the workshop and parts business process and the operation of the workshop, service reception and part warehouse
- Manage the operate of the workshop and service reception
- Manage the operation of the parts departments and warehouse
- Build and develop new existing parts business and participate in order to achieve increased workshop and parts sales
- Build and develop customer relationship through the provision of excellent customer service
- Monitor, analyse and keep updated relevant figures for the workshop and parts business includes; customer and special discounts, KPIs for sales and marketing and competitor activities
- Full responsible on overall sales within the region ensuring efficient allocation if tasks and resources to achieve the business objectives
Requirements
- Co-ordinate but work independently
- Work with details and understand the context
- Act now - think long term
- Relevant business knowledge and experience in similar role
- Extensive managerial and leadership experience preferably in the heavy vehicle or a related B2B Industry •Technical experience
- Supervisory experience
- Heavy vehicle license (preferably)
