Manage all stock movement both physical and in system

Reporting: Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with
data storage system and compiling and preparing stock movement periodic Safety:
-
Stock Accuracy: Control inventory levels by conducting physical and
cycle counts, reconciling with data storage system and accurate record
keeping of all transaction
within the warehouse

Safeguard warehouse operations and controls by establish and monitoring security
procedures and protocols
-
Maintain, receiving, warehousing and distribution operation by initiating,
coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and
procedures
-
Compile and prepare stock movement reports daily, weekly, monthly, yearly.

Liase with logistics providers on collection and dispatch
-
Coordinate preparations of daily Logistics provider proof of delivery reports
-
Track data, identify improvement areas and manage cross functional implementation
to improve warehouse performance
-
Ensure and coordinate all safety and quality standards are adhered to from the point
of product storage and movement within the warehouse.
Educational Qualifications
A degree in a business related field – a Diploma in Warehouse Management will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2-years in a busy warehouse environment and prior supplier experience

Well versed and deep understanding of Warehouse processes and procedures and
Inventory control

Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills

Roles and Responsibilities
1.InfoSecRisk Control:
Advise on InfoSec related risks associated with operational practices in general and introduction of new Software and Hardware in detail and define requirements for risk control.
2. Monitoring & Analysis:
Design and implement controls to help monitor day-to day quality and accuracy of implementation of Information Security Policies and processes. Analyses gaps between should be and as-is applying the Plan-Do-Act-Adjust Cycle.
3. Reporting:
Report to management and Information security office with regard to the status of operationalization of information security policies and processes. This includes but is not limited to reporting on information security incidents, exceptions to information security policies and information security incidents.
4. Training & Guidance:
Assist Human Resources and IT department in training and awareness raising sessions on information security for Bank personnel and provide guidance and support with regard to the implementation of policies, processes and tools to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of business critical information.
Educational Qualifications
- At least a degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, Business Administration+ Banking
- Continuous professional development in an Information Security leading to License/ Registration/ Certification of one or more, including but not limited to:
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- SANS Global Information Assurance Certifications (GIAC)
- Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control (CRISC)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
Experience Requirements
- At least three years’ experience in the field ofFinancial organizations, IT companies, Management consultancy firms, Software companies, Telecommunications
- Strong understanding of audit/risk management methodologies and regulatory requirements pertaining to information security, privacy and/or data security
- Project management experience highly desired
- Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and competing agendas without express authority over delivery teams
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations across a large, complex business
- Analytical aptitude with an emphasis on investigative, methodical critical questioning and logical thinking; a data-driven decision maker
- High level of interpersonal skills to interact with leaders at multiple levels and facilitate team interactions
- Strong working knowledge related to Network Connectivity, Infrastructure, Operating Systems, Architecture Security, Production Support and Application Management.
