Most Asked HR Interview Question To Answer - Assuming that you are selected, what will be your strategy for next 60 days? | Job Interview Tips Q&A
The interviewer wants to know whether you are looking for a career rather than just a job. Hiring managers look for workers who are familiar with the industry and appear ready to hit the ground. It can sometimes be challenging to put certain things into words. Describing your strategy for the first  60 days of a new job is possibly the strongest resource you can have while in the interview process.  They are trying to encounter your career goals as well as how the job works with your overall plan. Ensure them that you are a good performer and can give your best performance for the betterment of the company and your professional growth. Use diplomatic answer that will impress your interviewer.

Note - General Tips:
 - Explain how you can grow in this position.
 - Describe what your plans are with the opportunity.
 - Employers don’t want workers who are focused solely on what the job can do for them—they want employees who focus on what they can do for the company.
 - Ensure the interviewer knows that you are interested in the long-term potential for this position.
 - Your answer should be targeted towards interviewers' expectations, not your personal needs.
 - Give the reference action plans that have to build you professionally at new jobs in the past.
 - Emphasize Your Knowledge and Experience to Demonstrate Your Value.
 - Talk about how your previous experience has prepared you to handle situations that you will likely face if hired.
 - Avoid going into excessive detail about previous jobs.
 - Never mention the words like wait-and-watch, wait-and-see, etc.
 - Prepare to take constructive criticism and make sure you can back up what you plan to do.

First 30 days – Focus on training, finding mentors, and understanding the company culture and your specific role as it reflects both your job description and the people working around you.

30-60 days – Implementing your training and getting your experience into action in optimizing your performance. Be an effective leader/coworker and build relationships that benefit you, your position and the company standard.

Answer:  If I am chosen for this place, I will use my initial 60 days in getting deeper knowledge about the company culture and my specific role in terms of the involvement to the company and increasing the overall productivity. I will focus on training, find mentors to understand what has already been done to increase the overall standard of the company.
Furthermore, I am going to implement my training and experience into action and optimize my performance to be an effective coworker in order to build my strong position to help the company get the lucrative profit and increase the standard. AJIRA PORTAL
