Overview
ELCT own three hospitals namely Marangu, Machame and Karatu which provided health services. We are seeking to recruit a competent, committed, self-motivated and wholehearted candidate for the position of Health Secretary of one of the above hospitals;

Responsibilities will be as follows;
- Give advice and directives concerns administrative issues
- Interpreting and enforcing staff regulations and conditions
- Interpreting and enforcing Schemes of services, Training, and development
- Preparation of report of operations and implementations of monthly, quarterly and yearly report
- Coordinates good relation between health centers around the hospital
- Preparation of the estimated financial activities related to health
- Provide translation of the guidelines, principles and various government documents relating to health issues
- To be a secretary of the steering committee meetings of health care
- Coordinate, analyze records and store health data
- Interpreting and enforcing labor laws, staff regulations, employee relations, and human resource planning.
- Preparation of staff establishment
- Any other duties that might be directed from time to time by the Doctor In charge

Requirements
You should have:
- A bachelor degree in Health Services Administrative from recognized University with at least 2 years experience in relevant field
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and presentations skills Knowledge of computer
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team services ethics
- Two referees
