Job title: Group Chief Operation Officer

Job purpose: Reporting to the Executive Chairman, the COO will be accountable for the leadership,
governance and daily management of the the Group. Nafasi za kazi
Key Responsibilities
General Management and Oversight
• Working with the various Country General Managers across the Group to guide and
oversee the Various aspects of all financial and business planning activities.

Financial Management and Oversight
• Working with the Group Finance Manager to manage and oversee all financial and
business planning activities.
Human Resources Management
• Working with the Human Resources Manager, oversee the human resource function for
the Group by Ensuring the HR function is properly resourced and represented within the
senior management team.
Operations
• Oversee risk management and legal activities
• Business insurance
• Organizational reporting and monitoring
• Ensuring daily operations are running smoothly
Work Experience and Skills
• Bachelor of Commerce Degree or equivalent in relevant field
• An MBA qualification would be an added advantage
• Minimum 10+ years of Senior Management and business experience in marketing, sales, public relations, commercial roles
• Strong thought leadership and cross-functional team management skills
