Job Title: Policy and Planning Advisor

Overview: We’re seeking an experienced individual, who will be successfully leading on policy and planning to our team in Tanzania of the UK-Aid funded Women’s Integrated Sexual Health (WISH2ACTION) programme. He/She will implement relevant policies to ensure access to high quality of SHRR/FP to the team and consultants based in Tanzania, and enable us to achieve above and beyond key performance indicators. 

Responsibilities: 
The Policy and Planning Advisor will be responsible for implementing policies that ensure access to high-quality SRH/FP for all and securing government commitments through evidence-based planning and resource flow for human resources, commodities and service provision. The Advisor will work closely with the National Ownership Lead and Evidence and Accountability Advisor in Tanzania as well as the Regional Policy and Planning Specialist in Nairobi, Options’ staff in London, and consortium partners in Tanzania to ensure policy and planning approaches strategically strengthen government stewardship over SRH/FP in Tanzania.

Job Title: Programme & Operations Officer

Responsibilities: 
The Programme and Operations Officer is based in Tanzania. They will work closely with the National Ownership (NO) Lead, the Evidence, and Accountability Advisor, the Policy and Planning Advisor and Health Financing Advisor in Tanzania and provide support in key programmatic areas as requested. In supporting the management of the programme, the position will have a close working relationship with the Finance & Administration Manager to ensure high-quality financial management of the programme. Liaison and support is provided by the Options Programme Management & Finance Teams in London and the regional Finance & Admin team based in Nairobi.
The position holder is responsible for supporting the NO Lead and workstream leads to ensure that the WISH Tanzania programme is implemented efficiently and effectively, with responsibilities in the three core areas of:

We’re seeking an experienced individual, who will be successfully leading on evidence and accountability to our team in Tanzania of the UK-Aid funded Women’s Integrated Sexual Health (WISH2ACTION) Lot 2 programme. He/She will provide excellent leadership and support to the team and consultants based in Tanzania, and enable us to achieve above and beyond key performance indicators.

Responsibilities: 
The Evidence and Accountability Advisor will be responsible for ensuring minimum quality standards and service for SRH/FP are delivered through tracking of quality improvement indicators and acting on gaps.  He/She will also leverage existing coalitions to facilitate an effective accountability mechanism(s) to track SRH/FP commitments and outcomes. The Advisor will work closely with the National Ownership Lead and the Policy and Planning Advisor in Tanzania as well as the Regional Evidence and Accountability Specialist in Nairobi, Options’ staff in London, and consortium partners, to ensure evidence and accountability approaches strategically strengthen government stewardship over SRH/FP in Tanzania.

Job Title: Technical Officer 
Location: Tanzania

Overview: We’re seeking a skilled individual, who will successfully support monitoring, evaluation and learning activities of national ownership activities to our team in Tanzania of the UK-Aid funded Women’s Integrated Sexual Health (WISH2ACTION) Lot 2 programme. He/She will provide excellent support to the team and consultants based in Tanzania, and enable us to achieve key performance indicators. 

Responsibilities: 
The Technical Officer will support monitoring, evaluation and learning activities as part of Options’ national ownership activities in Tanzania, keeping track of indicators and deliverables, helping gather supporting evidence and documenting learnings. He/She will work closely with the National Ownership Lead, the Evidence and Accountability Advisor and the Policy and Planning Advisor based in Tanzania and provide support in key technical areas as requested. The post holder will also liaise with the Regional team through the Regional Technical Officer based in Kenya.
