professionals in the following discipline to join our dynamic group:Position: Technicians / Junior Technicians / Technical Helpers
Department: Electrical, Mines, Mechanical and Packing plant.
Qualification:
- Ordinary Diploma, FTC and trade test II certificate

Experience:
- Three years (3) working experience in cement or manufacturing plant
- For Junior technician fresh graduate in Trade test (Certificate level) Grade II from vocation training institute
Position: Riggers
Department: Mechanical
Qualification:
- Secondary school certificate + recognized rigging training certificate.
- Four (4) years working experience in a large manufacturing complex using modern equipment for rigging operations.
Position: Machinists
Department: Mechanical
Qualification:
- Ordinary Diploma, FTC and trade test 11 certificate
- Three years (3) working experience in cement or manufacturing plant using modern lathe machine and other machine tools.
Position: Heavy Duty Mechanics
Department: Mines
Qualification:
- Secondary school certificate + recognized HEMM mechanics training certificate.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in servicing and diagnosis with Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM)
Position: Medium Truck Drivers
Department: Mines
Qualification:
- Secondary school certificate + recognized Medium Truck Driving training certificate.
Experience:
- Four (4) years working experience in driving Medium trucks.
- Experience in mines operations will be an added advantage.
Position: Auto Electricians
Department: Mines
Qualification:
- Ordinary Diploma, FTC and trade test 11 certificate
Experience:
- Minimum of three years (3) relevant working experience as an Auto Electrician.
- Experience in cement or manufacturing plant will be an added advantage.
Position: AC Technicians
Department: Electrical / Mines
Qualification:
- Ordinary Diploma, FTC and trade test II certificate
Experience:
- Minimum of three years (3) relevant working experience as an AC Technician.
- Experience in cement or manufacturing plant will be an added advantage.
Position: Electrical Fitter
Department: Electrical
Qualification:
- Ordinary Diploma, FTC and trade test 11 certificate
Experience:
- Minimum of ten years (10) relevant working experience as an Electrical Fitter.
- Experience in cement or manufacturing plant will be an added advantage.
Position: Senior Foreman
Department: Mechanical
Qualification:
- Ordinary Diploma, FTC and trade test 11 certificate
Experience:
- Minimum of ten years (10) relevant working experience as an Electrical Fitter.
- Experience in cement or manufacturing plant will be an added advantage.
Position: Nurses
Department: Human Asset Management and Administration
Qualification:
- BSc Nursing or Diploma in Nursing
Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years working experience in reputable hospitals or health centers
- Working experience in cement manufacturing dispensaries or clinic will be an added advantage.
Position: Financial Controller
Department: Finance
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in commerce (B.Com finance) MBA finance and Accounting, Advance Diploma in account
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, Chartered Management Accountant, CPA and plus MBA.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in an accounting department.
- Vast knowledge of international accounting standards is compulsory.
- Working experience in the manufacturing industry and SAP knowledge.
- Preferably a Tanzanian citizen “Big 4” Audit experience
- Mature person with high technical competence
