QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR
LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Quality Control Technician. In this position, you will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and recording the results. Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must, as well as a keen attention to detail.

Quality Control Duties and Responsibilities
• Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
• Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor
• Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests
• Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work
• Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
• Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
• Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, attending seminars, watching industry videos, etc.
• Accomplish organization mission by completing related results as needed

Requirements
Quality Control Requirements and Qualifications
• B.S. degree in a related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial position
• Work authorization. security clearance
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies

POSITION: PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTIC OFFICER.
LOCATION: TANZANIA.
Job Purpose
The jobholder will be responsible for the timely Procurement and delivery of quality goods and services and manage logistics at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities
• Preparation, co-ordination and implementation of consolidated annual procurement plans and ensure user departments adhere to it in line with approved budgets.
• Formulate the Value for Money (VFM) framework to inform the organization procurement
• Preparation of Request for proposal documents
• Provide logistical support for project activities; including transport for client visits, events such as workshops, meetings, etc.
• Coordinate the receipt, opening and evaluation of quotations, tenders, or proposals for goods, services or works.
• Preparation and management of contracts in liaison with the Finance and Admin manager for its legality and ensure proper authorization in accordance with organization policies.
• Ensuring user departments adhere to procurement plans in line with budgets.
• Carrying out market surveys, monitor and evaluate performance of the supply chain function.
• Ensuring sound partnerships with suppliers and clients.
• Ensuring timely, efficient and effective procurement of goods, services and works, while strictly adhering to the procurement policy.
• Establishing in liaison with the relevant departments and end-users, quality specifications of goods and services required by the company.
• Carrying out designated checks on quality and security aspects of procurement.
• Reviewing the supply chain to ensure it is efficient and effective.
• Managing the annual supplier pre-qualification exercise.
• Managing the disposal of obsolete and disposable items with authorization from the Finance and Admin Manager.
• Prepare supplier’s contracts and purchase orders and submit for approval.
• Maintain files and records for all procurement processes, tenders, procurement Evaluations, contracts, Purchase orders and all correspondences relating to the procurements.
• Submit procurement documents, contract and LPOs for payment processing.
• Facilitate the annual procurement audit and other procurement reviews.
• Facilitate for insurance cover for all assets and equipment for the company.
