Job Title: Acquisition Specialist (Grade 11) - ( Tanzania ) JOB PURPOSE: Ensure achievement of acquisition and Sales objectives of the department by providing necessary support to the Team and well as providing overall performance visibility of available channels

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Comply with Point of Activation recruitment targets
• Ensure all channel mail understand different incentives scheme efficiently
• Ensure all acquisition channel are paid their commissions on time.
• Assist on organizing conventions and training for POA’S
• Design different promotion/ event to drive acquisitions
• Assist the team (TM's) on implementation of different acquisition strategy both on Indirect and Direct channel
• Review performance of acquisition/ sales of the direct channel on monthly basis and take necessary actions
• Assist the Team on proper management on the Direct Channel ( Team Leaders ) and Point of Activation
• Prepare Monthly detailed analysis on acquisition and sales of direct channel
• Improve overall performance visibility of the direct channel
• Others
QUALIFICATION,EXPERIENCE &COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor of Commerce degree (or equivalent) majoring in Accounting or Finance, marketing of other related fields
• Sales and channel management experience 3-5 years.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS office packages.
• Ability to manage complex projects from end to end
• Ability to produce accurate and timely information in a high dynamic work environment.
• Team work spirit, ability to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate, influences, and be a team player.
• Capacity to synthesize broad ideas into simple concepts to articulate proper communication to multiple audiences
• Strong interpersonal and ability to work effectively with a wide range of teams and people
• Be able to zoom-out to view the “big picture” while maintaining the capacity to zoom-in on key details
• Mature ability to work collaboratively with management teams
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Full ability to speak, read, and writes in English and Swahili language is a must.

Job Title: Indirect Channel Specialist (Grade 11) - ( Tanzania )
JOB PURPOSE
Planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating and controlling the distribution structure, motivating the team, tracking the market, ensure the compliance of processes and procedures and the achievement of targets.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives to achieve great performance to drive sales profitably and service delivery
• Identify and coordinate daily activities of team members; inspire your team to achieve desired results in productivity, teamwork, quality, and job knowledge
• Ensure performance plans are set, maintained, and continuously improved; generate creative solutions to identify improvements in processes
• Drive your personal and team growth and development by leveraging tools, resources, and relationships with other GTM team members
• Planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling the distribution department operations in Tanzania, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Managing the distribution operative policies, process and procedures.
• Tracking, monitoring and ensuring the achievement of distributions department targets
• Overseeing performance of the people under his supervision.
• Get updated information and continues feedback from the market.
• Make constant market audit and evaluations by having scheduled market visits.
• Controlling fraud and practice that can affect the company or the market
QUALIFICATION,EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
• University degree, Bachelor of Commerce, Business related field or any other relevant degree is essential
A Master’s degree is desirable
• A minimum of 2- 3 years’ work experience in related field
• Motivation for sales
• Dynamic and proactive
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences; strong reasoning, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop team
• Ability to read, interpret, and effectively communicate necessary policies and procedures to others
