HR Interview Questions & Answers - What Do You Expect From a Supervisor/ Boss?This is one of the difficult questions that your interviewers ask. You do not know what kind of boss he is and managing style he follows. if your answer differs from his or her approach, this can hurt your candidacy. Interviewers like to ask this question to see if you have reasonable expectations for company leadership. They also want to encounter if you use this as an opportunity to complain about previous supervisors or boss.

He/She has the capacity to lead the team according to circumstances.
