The U.S. Mission in Dar es Salaam is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Truck Driver. Basic Function of the Position: Position operates and maintains heavy duty trucks, vehicles, and equipment to include tanker trucks, flat-bed trucks, and forklifts in transporting water, fuel, crates, moving heavy equipment and furniture. Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
Two years experience in truck driving from private corporations or government agencies is required.
Education Requirements:
Completion of Elementary School (Standard VII) is required.

Evaluations:
Level III (Good Working Knowledge) speaking/writing/reading in English and Kiswahili is required. (This will be tested)
Valid driver's license class "B", "C", "D" and "E is required.

Under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Foreman the incumbent works with the labor crew performing various kinds of unskilled manual work and skilled manual supply duties at the Embassy warehouse, offices, residences, and other locations as needed
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
One year of warehouse experience or equivalent combination of warehouse and labor activities is required.
Education Requirements:
Completion of elementary education is required.
Evaluations:
Level II English Limited knowledge) speaking/writing ability is required and Level III Kiswahili (Good working knowledge) speaking/writing/reading is required. (This may be tested)
Valid class D driving license is required.
Qualifications:
