Roles and Responsibilities
• Drawing a security policy for the company
• Solve issues independently with minimal direct guidance.
• Manage all operational procedures in geographic area
• Communicate staffing needs and assist with identifying, interviewing and hiring quality candidates
• Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, training, performance evaluations, recognition, etc.)
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
• Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Adhere to company and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary.
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.

Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business or related field
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage
Experience Requirements
• 5 years of experience in managerial position (Ideally in Private security role or related service sector)
• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
• Leadership skills
• Integrity
• Effeciency
