CBM TANZANIA COUNTRY OFFICE: RECRUITMENT OF TRAINING CONSULTANT
CBM
Tanzania Country Office requires the sendees of Consultancy firm for
the provision of the training on Inclusive Project Cycle Management
(iPCM) to its partners. iPCM is the abbreviation of Inclusive Project
Cycle Management, a process of ensuring equality among boys, girls, men
and women with disabilities in project design, planning, implementation,
monitoring and evaluation both as key stakeholders. The aim of iPCM
training to CBM’s partners is to promote disability inclusion in project
cycle management to ensure persons with disabilities; fully and
effectively participate in and benefit from development activities. Training will be conducted to CBM partners located in the North – Eastern, Southern Highlands, and Lake Zones including Kilimanjaro, Mwanza, Njombe, Shinyanga and Tanga.
The scope/terms of reference for the consultancy work shall be as under;
- Prepare a training module and appropriate templates on inclusive project cycle management (iPCM).
- Conduct training on the inclusive project cycle management (iPCM) to CBM partners
- Demonstrate inclusion and Disability Inclusive Development (DiD) in practice through project cycle management
- Work in close collaboration w ith the CBM country office team to develop a training schedule for the three days.
- Prepare Training report for the iPCM training to CBM partners

Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Disability Inclusive Development, Health and inclusive Education programmes
- Experience in Programme/project management especially donor funded project working with both local and international organizations and demonstrated previous experience of conducting a particular training on iPCM.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of inclusive development approaches in programme and project management

- Detailed curriculum vitae with three references (two professional and one personal),
- Detailed Proposal outlining the training methodology, activity plan and tools to be used to deliver the training
- Sample of previous consultancy work on Disability in Tanzania, Project cycle management, e.t.c
- Sample of previous training reports including training tools
- Specific Timeline for development of Training materials
Consultancy firms or consultant individuals having vast experience on inclusive project cycle management should send their applications both technical and financial along with details of the previous projects executed by the consultancy firm/consultant in the past.
