JOB PURPOSE:
Supervision and overseeing execution of massive and segmented offer for
all products in Commercial Categories (MBU), Nationwide. This includes
supervision of five (5) commercial activity coordinators- Coordination of commercial field initiatives
- Analysis of consumer behaviour and competitor’s actions with focus on field activities
- Get involved in defining the pricing strategies and revenue management actions that maximize revenues, gross margin and market share at National level
- Implement Mass and Segmented Product knowledge to all Customer touch points, and fully equipped with product performance in close collaboration with Product owners, Go to Market, Marketing Services and Customer touch points
- Pro- actively taking appropriate actions to improve results.
- Understand MIC’s strategy and manage in accordance the campaigns and product promotions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the designing of massive and segmented Commercial field execution initiatives in collaboration with Marketing Services, Go to Market and Customer Operations.
• Supervise the implementation and manage product knowledge processes to successfully enable our Customer touch points with fully knowledge of our services and products
• Ensure the Commercial field execution plans are met objectively at National level
• Participate directly in reviewing of the ATL communication from Marketing Services before they are deployed
• Report products performance National: gross margin, pricing elasticity, ROIC, penetration, ARPU and Churn variances, impact on revenues
• Ensure the commercial executions are aligned National to meet Departmental and Company objectives in terms of Revenue and Acquisition
• Liaise with Factory for pre-launch testing to be run with support of the Category Dev. Teams
• Ensure fully participation in the product conceptual process via sharing the customer feedback found during the weekly field visits from your regional team and self-visits
• Ensure relevant product/service knowledge visibility at the market (National) and all our customer touch points, at any point in time
• Direct and coordinate activities the Execution of Smartphone strategy in selling devices in all channels through leveraging on device selling initiatives such as smartphone fair and pushing open market channel.
• Collect and Resolve customer complaints regarding Smartphone sales and service
• Design , coordinate and implement all smartphone selling initiatives for all zones
• Support the execution of 4G/LTE launch and device sale nationwide
• Coordinate training of focus model smartphones in all customer touch points
• Create synergies with customer operation and RDSS in managing smartphone stock and re-order levels, and proper price tags for all Tigo shops
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXEPERINCE
• 3 + years of proven analytical and product management experience.
• Proven training skills
• Managerial experience in medium to large size organizations.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio.
• University degree in technology / engineering / business administration or related area, MBA is desired.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solid experience in data analysis and making presentations.
• Deep understanding of product management (product life cycle, etc.).
• Capable of take into analysis different inputs (commercial, financial, strategic, etc.) to define the communication plan
