Job Summary: The Microbiologist oversees the Quality Control operations in the factory. He/She ensures that CSTC produces High-Quality Cassava Flour for the satisfaction of the clients and withinproduct specifications. He/She manages the Quality Control department of the factory, whichincludes two laboratories (WIP and FP) and the factory environments. He or She is responsibleto avoid any form of contamination of the product.

Job Summary:
The shift-leader is responsible of his team and for the whole industrial operations during his shift, from the inbound of raw materials to the outbound of finished products. He/She ensures smooth running of the production process and guarantees that finished products are made according to product specifications and complying with the company’s Health and Safety policy and procedures. This includes leading his shift (15 people), managing resources, machinery, product flow...
Our ideal shift-leader is able to respond immediately for any technical problem on the machinery and has a strong understanding and know-how about electricity. He/She makes quick and appropriate decisions and communications to tackle encountered troubles.
