Role Purpose
• To assist in coordinating all day to day Activities in the area and provide support for efficient operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring the company complies with Employment and Labour Relations Act
• Drawing up, negotiating and administering employee contracts
• Overseeing orientation and on the job staff development and training
• Maintaining HR and employeerecords whileensuring quality and accuracy database
• Oversee the company’s recruitment, interview, selection and hiring Process.
• Administering payroll in close liaison with the Accounts Department.
• Overseeing staff welfare and benefit programs.
• Handling staff grievance and disciplinary matters
• Must be able to provide equality and diversity as part of the culture of the company
• Conducting performance appraisal to assess employee productivity
• Preparing Human Resources reports for the Area
• Overseeing employees healthy and safety.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the Management.
• Providing Administrative support to the company
Academic qualifications
Essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or related field.
Work Experience and Skills
• 2+ years’ experience in related field.
• Self-motivated, Accurate and detail-oriented
• must possess excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft office
• Great interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Tanzania Labour Law
• Have the ambition to help drive the growth of a young company.
