The Role Responsibilities
Pro-actively establishes, develops and maintains a portfolio of clients with Commercial Banking criterias.
Ensuring both new and existing relationship attain maximum revenue within acceptable risk profile.
Carrying out detailed financial analysis of the clients accounts and develops proposals within defined Bank's policies & procedures.
Cross selling to existing clients various products and services offered by the Bank, and facilitating growth of the Bank by referring client to various departments.
Continue monitoring of the clients through regular interaction (customer calls), complaint management and performing client due diligence in line policies & procedures.
Ensure sustainable performance by maintaining a deal pipeline for both assets and liability able to achieve allocated budget
Coach, train and collaborate with other colleagues and stakeholders in achieving department overall results

Our Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Banking/Finance/Commerce or any related field from recognized university
- Master degree or professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CFA) will be an added advantage
- Experience in credit analysis/appraisal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
