BACKBROUND
DODOMA INNOVATION & PRODUCTION COMPANY LTD is a company based in Ntyuka, Dodoma dealing with the production of non – alcoholic beverages.
The factory is equipped with state of the art technology.
We are looking for suitable candidates for the following positions:
POSITION: ELECTRIC ENGINEER /MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Minimum Requirements
- A-levels with Principals in PCM with a minimum of Division 1 or 2
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a production company.
- Capable to read mechanical or electrical drawings.
- Experience in working with machines managed by PLC

POSITION: PRODUCTION MANAGER/SUPERVISORMinimum Requirements
- A – levels in PCM or PCB with a minimum of Division 1 or 2
- Bachelor’s Degree in food sciences, Mechanical Engineering or related field of Engineering.
- Experience of at least 5 years in Food & Beverage industry
- Experience in Production Planning.
