The incumbent will work with the Technical Group in Headquarter and Branches based on the Company strategy, to develop, diagnose, troubleshoot, and recommend software to the activity of the business.
The Software developer officer is an IT position that requires an individual to work as part of a TEAM in the IT department where they will be expected to follow direction while performing some tasks on its own. Daily tasks involve working with and supporting the IT team, software development and as well as coordinating testing for software failures.
The responsibilities will include:

• Review and assess IT solutions;
• Implement programing as written in the solutions focusing on the complex and difficult requirements;
• Write instructions to install and how-to-use on the system;
• Instruct junior programmers;
• Implement to fix specific faults of the product;
• Update information of the fault on JIRA;
• Review and Assess Solutions;
• Train and coach junior programmers;
• Perform the software testing;
• Perform the hand-over on the requirement of upgrading;
• Manage the training of end-users and guide users on the usage;
• Write instructions and guideline for users;
• Implement testing reporting;
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate:

• Relevant university degree Qualification in computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent;
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience;
• Working experience in telecommunication sector advantageous;
• Fluent in English (written/spoken);
• College diploma, university degree in the field of computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Exceptional written and oral communications
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills
• Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
• Keen attention to detail
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Requirement

• Java/Web development
• Understanding of REST principals
• CSS, HTML, Javascript, JQuery, nice to have experience with javascript frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS
• OO Design Concepts
• Understanding of Agile concepts
