COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Our client a well established construction company is looking for Commercial Manager to be based in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will assume duty as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
Maximize profitability of projects.
Measurement and valuation of work executed.
Payment of sub-contractors.
Internal cost comparisons and cost projections.
Analysis of cost over-run and other implications.
Negotiation of sub contracts.
Preparation of sub-contractor pre contract work packages.
Negotiate final accounts with sub-contractors.
Responsibility for all financial contractual issues arising during the course of his/her contract.
Identify legitimate contractual claim situations and prepare suitable and sufficient documentation to clients.
Qualifications:
A University Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance or Quantity surveying degree
At least 5 years working experience a Commercial Oficer in construction or civil engineering.
Knowledge of a wide range of contract conditions.
Excellent analytical and report writing skills
Strong project and staff managerial skills
