Job Profile:
Senior Product Specialist; Credit Cards
Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for credit card product development and its life cycle management to ensure high return on investment by translating ideas into strategy and features.
Main Responsibilities:
Developing and executing credit card products strategies consistent with company vision and roadmap with the support from senior management.
Lead product specialist(s) where applicable and coordinating with stakeholders in PLCM food chain.
Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to shape requirements, features and end products which will expand product market reach.
Responsible and accountable for producing and review credit card product requirements documents.
Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule with the effective support from Communication and Marketing departments.
Make creative recommendations to expand product base, usage and tracking of product impact to end user.
Fully responsible for credit card risk profile management with the support from Risk and compliance department.
Any other assigned duty from the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:
An advanced diploma/degree in Business, IT, Computer or engineering.
Over 5 years proven hands on experience as a Senior Product Specialist or similar role on lifecycle management.
Strong background in Card Business or Card Network is a must.
