Role Purpose
 To increase sales, market share, company profitability and customer satisfaction by working with the customers, providing them with expert product knowledge a
nd selection assistance of the building materials, and present excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
 Assist customers on the showroom floor
 Onsite customer visits and relationship building
 Educate customers on the selection process of various products in the showroom
 Build lasting relationships with customers by attentively following up on inquires and purchases
 Support sales and management efforts of company’s associates with a positive attitude and team focus
 Sell the Showroom Value
 Acquire and maintain sufficient product knowledge and strive to continually increase knowledge base
 Participate in on and offsite meetings, trainings, and events as required

Academic qualifications
Essential
 A Diploma in related field is required

Work experience
Essential
 Two years of Retail Sales in Construction and Building Materials experience

Skills
 Ability to develop business relationships with customers and co-workers
 Passion about home trends and/or design building/re-modelling
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
 Excellent listening & negotiation skills.
 Professional, presentation, work ethic, and behaviour.
 Self-motivated with the ability to identify business opportunities for the mutual benefit of the customer and the Company.
 Accuracy and detail oriented
