Job Summary:
The Internship offers excellent opportunities to provide supervised assistance in areas such as Administration and Operations, Research, Democratic Governance, Health and Special Projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administration assistance and support
Work closely with security/front guards in following and receiving protocols;
Greet visitors or guests, ascertain the nature and purpose of their visit and direct them to the appropriate office(programme);
Receive, signing for, registering and routing correspondence and packages (DHLs, EMS etc.) to appropriate persons/programme within the building and maintain copies of outgoing official project correspondence;
Set up, organize and maintain meeting rooms;
Maintain contact database for the project;
Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying of documents, shredding of papers etc.;
Update displays with new project information, brochures and most recent reports;
Perform other tasks as may be assigned  


Education and Experience required
Diploma or Bachelor degree in BA or any other related field]
1 year of relevant experience
Professional, courteous, and friendly manners;
Highly organized and efficient;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Willingness to learn and grow with the Company;
Strong computer skills using MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access);
Excellent in written and spoken English and Swahili
Duration of Internship:Six months
