1. Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
2. Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges.
3. Maintain telecommunication system by following manufacturing instructions for house phone and console operation
4. Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
5.Supervising office attendants on making sure they perform their duties properly.

University graduate -Fluent in oral & written English -Female candidate with at least 2 years of experience -Able to work in overtime
