Description
Responsibilities
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operationswithin budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Preserve excellent levels of internal andexternal customer service
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods andcontinuously make necessary improvements
Identify customers’ needs and respondproactively to all of their concerns
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting,training and appraising talented personnel
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policiesand procedures
Provide a two way communication and nurture anownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Report on management regarding sales resultsand productivity
Requirements
Proven food and beverage management experience
Working knowledge of various computer softwareprograms (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Ability to spot and resolve problemsefficiently
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Up to date with food and beverages trends andbest practices
Ability to manage personnel and meet financialtargets
Guest-oriented and service-minded
Culinary school diploma or degree in foodservice management or related field
