Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and manage countrywide fiscal sales and orders
Manage the helpdesk team and tet the necessary report to ensure all support calls and orders are processed timely and efficiently
Responsible for all reporting fiscal related
Responsible for all fiscal-related queries for fiscal sales across Tanzania
Liaise with technical manager to ensure all devices are supported and delivered timely.
Responsible for business development of fiscal business across Tanzania(come up with new solutions when possible)
Manage current key customer accounts
Liaise with the accounts department and assist with debt collection for fiscal customers countrywide  

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills verbal(English and Swahili) and written
Should be self-motivated and willing take new responsibilities and challenges readily
Degree holder in business would be preferred but not essential
Experience in a similar role in another company/organization would be an added advantage
Should be willing to travel
Target driven
Customer focused
