Job Title : Tigo Sales School Trainer (Grade 9)
JOB PURPOSE
T&E Trainer is responsible for planning, conducting, coordinating and implementing a comprehensive training program for the sales staff. The training components will be geared toward new hires, existing sales staff and sales professionals who seek one-on-one assistance. T&E trainer will ensure the Sales staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills and competences required to provide quality sales to our customers and increase productivity in sales forces.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

-Together with the T&E Manager Identify, recommend and update the material to meet the business
strategy.
-Ensure the DSF, the store agents and Call Centre agents’ development needs are identified and gaps are closed.
-Plan and Facilitate training as per the T&E Curriculums.
-Ensure development plan is clearly communicated and owned by the sales force.
-Conduct trainings as per the T & E calendar.
-Provide feedback to the management and the team when required.
-Continuous Follow up on development of the students Build knowledge and winning culture within the sales Force.
-Weekly reporting on the activities that will be taking place.
-Ensure compliance with T&E Curriculums and alignment with the Business strategy.
-Ensure the top performers are recognized and are rewarded accordingly by Tigo.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
-Degree in Sales/Marketing, Education or Human Resources.
-Train of trainer certification will be added advantage.
-2-3 Years’ experience as Trainer, Training officer in Business industry.
-Experience as sales/Field trainer will be desirable.
-Experienced with Power point

cultures in a diverse community.
-Mature ability to work collaboratively with management teams throughout the organization and to be seen as a valuable expert
-Exceptional time management and organizational skills required.
-Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations
-Ability to build Tigo Direct sales, the store agents and the Call Centre agents as Tigo ambassadors Full ability to speak and
read in English and Swahili language is a must
-Ability to work under minimal supervision
