JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible to ensure money is allocated timely to Super Agents in the Tigo Pesa System and reconciliations are
performed ensuring all allocations were correct as well as other operational tasks that come up while business evolves.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure proper administration of float in the platform and cash at the bank
Oversee all stock created in the platform
Oversee timely allocation of stock to the agents
Oversee timely reimbursement of cash to the agents
Daily reconciliation of stock allocations
Oversee all the stock deleted from the system
PIN resset as per the approved process and procedure
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field
At least 1 year experience in related field

Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
Ability to manage priorities
Customer Management
Timely and properly closure of third level escalated queries through remedy
Update and ensure proper processes and procedures for operations that are performed by front line staff
Any other task the manager might assign
