JOB DESCRIPTION
Help the in charge Doctor with managerial, financial and marketing decisions
Manage all the financials of MAK IVF and prepare financial statement
Be part of pricing and costing committee to ensure the business generates profit
Set vision, mission, core values and policy for the hospital
Create strategies to penetrate the market, increase cash flow and help the community
Create systems for logistics, staffs, procurement, banking and patient to ensure smooth operation
Create systems for hiring, disciplining, staff development and all other issue related to HR
Make sure all the government regulations and dues like TRA,NSSF and MINISTRY OF health dues are paid on time
Create marketing and PR Strategies for the business
QUALIFICATIONS
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DEGREE with much knowledge and experience in Accounting, Finance or Marketing
BACHELORS DEGREE OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
Experience in health industry is an added advantage
Min 1 year experience in MANAGERIAL LEVEL
AGE 27 years - 35 years
This position requires someone with energy, commitment, drive, skills and patience to set up and create foundation for a business to thrive. It is not a ready-made system, it requires work and commitment and dedication.
