JOB PURPOSE
Assist and provide corporate sales team with excellent customer service
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
-Own Subsidy Process by initiating requests and handling frequent -Audits as per Internal Control requirements
-Execute Regional Corporate Sales Team Activation, Plan Changes and Deactivation requests as per agreed SLAs
-Become Sales Team’s contact point for all back-office activities such as Business Proposal writing and Contract
preparation as advise by the responsible team
-Supervise compliance and established procedures for Tigo
-Support to the Corporate Sales Team in all Controls and procedures.
-Issuing ad-hoc reports requested by the management
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related fields
At least 1 year experience in related field
CORE COMPETENCIES
-Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
-Ability to manage priorities
-Very strong troubleshooting skills
