Ceramica Espanola is a dealer in a wide range of exclusive designs and models of the best Spanish Ceramic, Sanitary and fittings available in Tanzania. We are currently looking for a well experienced and motivated Project Sales Representative to profitably grow our project sales portfolio by approaching architects and other clients with local projects and increase demand for Ceramica Espanola brands.
Position: PROJECT SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: DAR ES SALAAM
Gross Pay: TZS3, 000, 000
Responsibilities
Approaching architects and other clients to pitch Ceramica brands to be included in their construction projects.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their project needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or any related methods that work.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon project sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate project sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Responsible for submitting tenders.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry or any related field
Must be a Tanzanian
Minimum Bachelors in Sales, Marketing, Business or any other related fields
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Must be fluent in English and Swahili
