Title: Senior Networks Security Specialist
Job Purpose
To plan, organize and lead a team to deliver cost effective and efficient IT security controls to protect and defend the bank’s network infrastructure against any internal and external threats.

Main Responsibilities
-Protects system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.
-Define, Implement, and maintain policies, procedures, processes, standards, and guidelines for network security administration and appropriate use.
-Manage and ensure optimal security configurations of all network security hardware and equipment (Firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, etc.) for the LAN, WAN, Data Centers Core Network, and WLAN.
-Conduct research and make recommendations on network security products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network security continuous improvements.
-Provide “ownership” of network security incidents and problems against the NMB Bank Plc network.
-Provide “ownership” of the management of the Bank’s Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other network security technologies.
-Consult with the management and design rules and regulation for the acceptable use of the networks which apply to everyone.
-Analyze and establish security requirements for the Bank’s networks.
-Provide network security statistics and reports to aid in management decisions.
-Maintain an inventory of network security hardware and software equipment.
-Ensure networking stability and monitor all work regularly.
-Monitor network traffic for unusual activities.
-Prepare and maintain networking security designs, documentation and layouts.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

-Excellent knowledge of current protocols, standards and security best practices including Core Switching/Routing, SSL/TLS, IPsec, VOIP, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery.

Qualifications and Experience
-At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related academic field.
-Preferred professional certifications, CCNP, ISO27001, CISSP, ethical hacking, OS and Databases related certifications, and other relevant security certifications.
-At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
-Experience in network security technologies in setting up and configuring enterprise-wide security in firewalls, routers, and switches.

Title: Senior Software Developer
Job Purpose
To lead a Team of Software Developers to design, build, test and implement in-house complex business applications or modify/upgrade existing business software applications to meet key business goals (develop new products, improve time to market, straight through processing, easy reconciliation, etc.) as opposed to customization or implementation of off-the-shelf core systems which is expensive and takes longer time to go to market.

Main Responsibilities

-Gathering and analyzing data to establish system requirements.
-Developing working plans and estimates as they relate to systems integration work to tasks and team members.
-Researching, evaluating, and recommending systems/equipment/technologies based upon user requirements and ICT system enterprise architecture in place.
-Drafting technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other system integration related documents.
-Interfacing with various internal & external team members such as system users, IT systems administrators and support staff on regular basis during integration work.
-Developing and conducting testing plans and procedures based upon system requirements.
-Providing users and systems with post-installation and integration support.
-Manage and/or provide guidance to junior members of the team.

Job Purpose
A Relationship Manager is required to help and advice clients, grow Private segment within assigned Branch/Territory. The range and scope of his/her work ranges from helping clients with their account details giving advice on financial investments. He/she is the focal point of sustaining customer satisfaction, Retain existing customers and generate additional business; acquire customers through various sales activities.

Main Responsibilities:
-Portfolio growth (Assets, Liabilities, Investment products and Insurance) through customer visits, sales and retention.
-Portfolio movement reports and take action on any abnormalities observed. • Customer retention, maximizing benefit from customers through cross-selling relevant NMB products in the segment.
-Minimization of exposures to and impact of risks while adhering to KYC, AML in managing the portfolio.
-Quality of service in the portfolio and management of customer expectations through effective queries, complaint and correspondence handling in a timely manner as per service operating standards.
-Ensure an effective call program is maintained on all allocated relationships and prospects. The calls should be recorded and filed.
-Keep abreast of the rapid pace of product/service development, suggest possible best solutions for improving offerings to Private banking clients.
-Overseeing Relationship Management of assigned clients and running Private banking centres with Branch Manager.
-Be conversant with policies and procedures pertaining to all bank products and services and be able to adapt to change based on technological advancements and customer sophistication.
