Job Purpose
Identify and attract the best talent within the bank and in the market for vacancies in line with job requirements and organisational objectives.
Main Responsibilities
-Work with Senior Leaders and HR Business Partner(s) to understand key resource requirements and ensure talent acquisition tactics that meet both current and future organizational needs.
-Provide recruitment expertise on employee resourcing tactics to propose suitable, cost effective and timely solutions.
-Manage recruitment processes, ensuring recruitment activities are in line with agreed timelines with stakeholders and the resourcing policy.
-Stay abreast of developments and opportunities in the labor market (both local and international), report on trends in the banking sector/other relevant industries and impact on NMB talent acquisition strategies.
Attributes
-Business understanding of banking functions and processes, and labor market trends.
-Thorough understanding of talent availability of different banking disciplines in the market.
-Listening and negotiation skills.
-Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
-Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications and Experience
-Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources or any other related field.
-Master’s degree in the related field is an added advantage.
-At least 5 years’ working experience in Human Resources department, 2 years in Resourcing or Talent Acquisition function.
